Restoring Shops… A Step to Support the Stability of Affected Families
The restoration and rehabilitation of shops, offers a new opportunity for affected families to reinvest in a stable source of income, in addition to contributing to the recovery and development of local communities.
Based on this, GOPA-DERD’s team, implemented the restoration work of 50 shops for a number of those affected in the city of Jableh in Latakia, in cooperation with DKH.
The restoration work included many aspects, starting with the complete repair of damages, concrete and cement plaster work to treat cracks and fissures, painting and installation of facades and metal shutter.
In addition, an electrical, plumbing, aluminum and iron works were carried out.
