After completing its restoration and rehabilitation works, Al-Maliha ‎Bakery begins serving bread

Since bread is one of the basic goods, and it has a ‎major role in promoting sustainable development and social ‎stability, and after the completion of the restoration and ‎rehabilitation works of the Al-Maliha bakery “Hall 6”, the bakery production line was tested with success. This was implemented by GOPA-DERD’s team, in cooperation with ‎ZOA.‎‎

It is worth noting that the restoration and rehabilitation works ‎carried out over a period of 75 days included civil, ‎architectural, electrical and sanitary works. In addition, the ‎new automated line was supplied, installed and operated to ‎production a bread with a capacity of 15 tons of flour within 24 ‎working hours.‎

Al-Maliha bakery restoration and rehabilitation project is ‎considered one of the vital projects that aim to enhance the ‎infrastructure and improve the efficiency and quality of bread ‎production to meet the needs of the local community within ‎the Al-Maliha area and the surrounding villages.‎
